Ahmed Douhou
Ahmed Douhou ( Ahmed Yves Douhou ; born December 14, 1976 in Bouaké ) is a former French sprinter of Ivorian origin.
At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta , he was eliminated over 100 meters in the preliminary run and reached the semi-finals with the Ivorian team in the 4 x 100 meter relay . In 1997 he failed at the World Championships in Athens over 200 meters in the first round. In 2000 he suffered the same lot at the Olympic Games in Sydney ; with the 4 x 100 meter relay he reached the semifinals again. At the 2001 World Championships in Edmonton, he was fifth with the Ivorian 4 x 100 meter relay team.
In 2002 he changed his nationality. In the same year he won bronze with the French team in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the European Championships in Munich . In 2004 he retired at the Olympic Games in Athens with the French 4 x 400 meter relay in the preliminary run.
