Ahmed Gaafar Abdelkarim
Ahmed Gaafar Abdelkarim (* 1948 or 1949 ) is a Sudanese diplomat .
Life
He studied first at the University of Khartoum and then from 1970 to 1975 law in the GDR at the University of Leipzig . During this time he also learned German at the Herder Institute . He joined the diplomatic service of Sudan and worked at the Sudanese embassies in the Federal Republic of Germany in Bonn , in Kenya and in the Saudi Arabian Jeddah . This was followed by a job as the Sudanese consul general in Cairo . Around 2000 he became ambassador to Germany and held the office for several years.
