Aicha is a district of Hemau and belongs to the administrative district of Upper Palatinate . Until 1972 it belonged to the municipality of Aichkirchen until it was incorporated into Hemau . Aicha belongs to the parish of Aichkirchen.

history

A Salbuch of the Hemau court from 1460 lists two farms and one property in Aicha, which taxes had to be paid to the Biburg monastery . A document dated March 1, 1535 shows that “the Kammerhof zu Aicha in Amte Hemau, including wood rights in the Grafenschlag, moved from the monastery Biburg to fiefdom”.
