Kollersried is a village in the municipality of Hemau in the district of Regensburg in Bavaria . It was the seat of the municipality of the same name until 1972 .
history
Kollersried (then also written as Choserochesriuth or Koserokesriuth ) was in the 12th century in the possession of the convent in Prüfing , which had received this place around 1138 from Bishop Otto of the diocese of Bamberg . Kollersried subsequently became a non-clerical Hofmark with frequently changing owners. The political community Koller Ried was born with the Bavarian municipality edict of 1818, which, however, a patrimonial II. Class was created. The last remnants of aristocratic rule were abolished with the revolution of 1848 . On January 1, 1972, Kollersried was incorporated into Hemau.
