Academy for Christian Leaders

The Academy for Christian Leaders (AcF) is a non-profit foundation with an evangelical character that offers advanced training in leadership ethics and leadership skills . It was founded in 1998 and is Christian and non-denominational.

The purpose is to promote the Christian leadership culture and leadership skills. The basis is the apostolic creed . The AcF is a member of the Society for Education and Research in Europe (GBFE) and cooperates through this network with the University of South Africa (Unisa). There is also a cooperation with the Steinbeis University in Berlin . The academy director has been the mathematician and theologian Volker Kessler since 1998 .

Course structure

The advanced training is part-time and modular in three stages:

  1. The certificate conveys core competencies in seven courses.
  2. In addition to the certificate, the advanced program offers further specialization and deepening opportunities. It also prepares students for a master’s degree at Unisa.
  3. Master's degree at Unisa: Master of Theology in Christian Leadership.

The courses take place in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
