The Aksha (Russian Акша) is a 28 km long right tributary of the Tjoscha in the European part of Russia .

The source of the river located in the area of the village Orechowez 28 km southwest of the city center Arzamas . The river flows first to the northeast, then to the north. Shortly after the source it flows into the urban district of Arsamas. To its confluence with the Tyosha River flowing through the villages Issupowa, Salnikowo and Nowy Ussad.
