Al-Ansar ( Arabic نادي الأنصار الرياضي, DMG Nādī al-Anṣār ar-Riyāḍī ) is a Lebanese football club based in Beirut and considered one of the most successful teams in Lebanese football. The club was founded in 1925, but the first championship did not follow until 1988. The club then won eleven championships in a row, setting a new world record. There are a total of 13 championship titles. In addition, the club won the FA Cup in Lebanon 14 times . The club plays its home games at the Beirut Municipal Stadium .
