The Lebanese Premier League 2005/06 was the 46th season of the Lebanese top division in men's football . A total of ten teams competed. The defending champion was the Nejmeh Club . The season began on November 12, 2005 and ended on May 13, 2006.

Hekmeh FC , Shabab Al-Sahel and Al-Akhaa al-Ahli Aley were relegated to the Second Division after the 2004/05 season . The climbers were Racing Beirut and Salam Zgharta .
