The Lebanese Premier League 2002/03 was the 43rd season of the Lebanese top division in men's football . A total of twelve teams competed. It began on October 26, 2002 and ended on June 29, 2003. The defending champion was the Nejmeh Club .

Homenmen Beirut , Homenetmen Beirut , al-Ahli Saida and Racing Beirut relegated to the Second Division after the 2001/02 season . The climbers were Olympic Beirut and al-Mabarrah .
