The Lebanese Premier League 2000/01 was the 41st season of the Lebanese top division in men's football . A total of twelve teams competed. The defending champion was the Nejmeh Club . The season was canceled in October 2001 after a manipulation scandal involving seven clubs. Thus, no club became champions and no team was relegated.

Al Ahed and Al-Majd were relegated to the Second Division after the 1999/2000 season . The climbers were Racing Beirut and Al-Ahli Saida .
