The Lebanese Premier League 2003/04 was the 44th season of the Lebanese top division in men's football . A total of twelve teams competed. It began on October 4, 2003 and ended on June 3, 2004. The defending champion was the Olympic Beirut .

Al Bourj and Al-Akhaa al-Ahli Aley were relegated to the Second Division after the 2002/03 season . The climbers were Homenmen Beirut and Homenetmen Beirut .
