Alajos Keserű (born March 8, 1905 in Budapest ; † May 3, 1965 there ) was a Hungarian water polo player.
Keserű first took part in the 1924 Olympic Games in Paris when he finished fifth with the Hungarian national water polo team. Four years later he reached the final with the Hungarian team in Amsterdam and only lost there against the team from Germany 2: 5 and took silver. Keserű took part in the 1932 Olympic Games, but was only used there in the preliminary round match against Japan, where he scored two goals at 18-0. Nevertheless, thanks to the success of his teammates, he received the gold medal.
He was the brother of Ferenc Keserű , who also played in his team.
