Ferenc Keserű (born August 27, 1903 in Budapest , † July 16, 1968 there ) was a Hungarian water polo player.

Keserű first took part in the Olympic Games in 1924 when he took fifth place with the Hungarian national water polo team in Paris. Four years later he reached the final with the Hungarian team in Amsterdam and only lost there against the team from Germany 2: 5 and took silver. Another four years later, at the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, the Hungarian team retaliated for this defeat and beat Germany 6-2 in the decisive final game. Hungary became Olympic champion and Keserű won his first and only gold medal , together with his teammates György Bródy , Sándor Ivády , Olivér Halassy , József Vértesy , János Németh , Márton Homonnay , his brother Alajos Keserű , Miklós Sárkány and István Barta .
