Sándor Ivády (born May 1, 1903 in Budapest , † December 21, 1998 in Vienna ) was a Hungarian water polo player.

Ivády first took part in the water polo tournament of the 1928 Olympic Games in Amsterdam, where they first beat Argentina, America and France, before they met Germany in the final and won the silver medal after a 2-5 defeat. Ivády did not score a single goal in four games.

At the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, Hungary faced America and Japan and then again in the final against Germany. The revenge was successful and Ivády won the gold medal after a 6-2 win with his team- mates György Bródy , József Vértesy , Olivér Halassy , Márton Homonnay , János Németh , István Barta , Alajos Keserű , Miklós Sárkány and Ferenc Keserű .
