Alastuey ( Aragonese Alastuei ) is a Spanish town in the foothills of the Pyrenees in the province of Huesca in the autonomous community of Aragon . Alastuey is part of the municipality of Bailo . The place at 826 meters had 22 inhabitants in 2015.
