Albert Bogislav Lüdecke

Albert Bogislav Lüdecke , also spelled Bogislaw (* 1834 in Stettin , † 1910 in Düsseldorf ), was a German landscape painter from the Düsseldorf School .

Life

Like his older brother, the architect Carl Johann Lüdecke , Lüdecke was born in Stettin. He studied painting at the Düsseldorf Art Academy . In Düsseldorf he was a member of the artists' association Malkasten , on whose stage he was actively involved from 1867 onwards by composing tableaux vivants and texts and as a performer in performances at artist festivals. He was also a member of the General German Art Cooperative . In 1889 he lived on the edge of the Düsseldorf court garden at Goltsteinstrasse 25.
