Albert Horn (born May 27, 1840 in Bulchau ; † July 21, 1921 in Neisse ) was a lawyer and a member of the German Reichstag for 44 years .

Life

Horn attended the Royal Catholic High School and University in Wroclaw , where he studied law and camera science . Afterwards he was auscultator and trainee lawyer at the district court in Brieg and since 1866 in the service of the prince-bishop. He took over the position of a collegiate assistant at the prince-bishop's institutions and benevolent foundations in Neisse , was appointed in December 1873 as a syndic and in April 1875 as a councilor. He was a member of the Neisse district assembly and a member of the city council in Neisse , since 1885 its chairman. He became an honorary citizen of the city of Neisse in 1899.

From 1874 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Opole District 12 (Neisse) and the center .
