Albert Kallee (born August 13, 1884 in Michelbach am Wald ; † May 3, 1956 in Heilbronn ) was a German lawyer from 1937 to 1947 as regional court director in Stuttgart.

Life

Albert Kallee was born in Michelbach am Wald as the son of the Protestant pastor Richard Kallee and his wife Mathilde Kallee. Wunderlich, a daughter of pastor Albert Wunderlich in Echterdingen, was born and was the younger brother of Walter Kallee (* 1881 in Michelbach am Wald; † 1939 in a fatal accident in Buenos Aires ).

He spent his youth in the parsonage in Öhringen . From 1904 to 1909 he studied law at the University of Tübingen. During his studies he became a member of the Tübingen royal society Roigel . After his first activity as a lawyer , he became a local judge and second judge at the merchant court in Stuttgart. Then he was appointed as a trade reporter and first chairman of the merchant and trade courts. In 1927 he was accepted into the judicial service as district court director and chairman of the Stuttgart labor court .

In 1937 he was appointed regional court director at the regional court Stuttgart and chairman of the regional labor court in Stuttgart. He also received a teaching position at the TH Stuttgart and was appointed honorary professor there in 1943. As a specialist and specialist writer on labor law , he enjoyed a great reputation. As a mediator , he has also made great contributions to industrial peace in key positions.

After his apartment on Stuttgart's Kronenstrasse was destroyed in a bomb attack, he moved in with his wife Helene, nee. Schmolz and their sons Wolfgang Kallee and Ekkehard Kallee moved to the Neuwirtshaus near Oberstenfeld . He was known for his cheerful and philosophical manner. He was a passionate hunter and nature lover and used a fishing lake near Indelhausen in the Lautertal . Since October 1947 he worked in voluntary jurisdiction at the Heilbronn Regional Court , where he also distinguished himself through great understanding.

After reaching the age limit on May 1, 1951, he retired. At his farewell ceremony in the jury's hall , which was attended by numerous members of the Heilbronn judicial service, the President of the District Court Edgar Zais mentioned "that the administrative service lost in him not only a capable and experienced lawyer, but a person with inexhaustible humor and rare kindness of heart."

Kallee died in Heilbronn in 1956 and was buried next to his parents in Stuttgart-Feuerbach.
