Albert Prisse

Albert Florent Joseph Baron Prisse (born June 24, 1788 in Maubeuge , † November 22, 1856 in Rome ) was a Belgian general and politician.

After recovering from an injury, he was appointed from May 4, 1813 as contrôleur in the Département du Mont-Tonnerre at the main town of Mainz .

In 1839 Priss was President of the Commission for the Regulation of Border Regulations between Belgium and the Netherlands , until 1846 Belgian envoy in The Hague , 1846-47 Minister of War and in 1847 became adjutant general to the king and chief steward of the royal princes.
