Albert Serra (* 1975 in Banyoles , Girona Province ) is a Catalan video artist .

life and work

Albert Serra studied literary theory and comparative literature at the University of Barcelona . He received his PhD in 2006 . Serra works in the fields of film , installation , theater and performance .

At the invitation of dOCUMENTA (13) Albert Serra made the film Els tres porquets / The three little pigs . He shot on each of the 100 days of the exhibition and edited in the afternoons .
