Vodseďálek made his international debut in 2002 in FIS races . From March 2003 he started in the B-World Cup Nordic Combined. At the Junior World Championships in Sollefteå in 2003 , he had to be satisfied with lower places in the individual competitions. In the team competition he reached 10th place with the team. A year later in Stryn he was able to improve his performance, but again missed the breakthrough. At the Junior World Championship 2005 in Finland Rovaniemi he won with the team the bronze medal in the team competition. On January 21, 2006 he made his debut in the Nordic Combined World Cup . At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin , he reached 8th place in the team competition with Ladislav Rygl , Tomáš Slavík and Pavel Churavý . In the sprint, Vodseďálek reached 47th place. After the games he started until March 2008 in parallel in the B World Cup. Nevertheless, he achieved his best result so far in the World Cup with 55th place overall for the 2007/08 season . From January 2009 he started with the B-team in the Continental Cup. At the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver , he reached 44th place on the normal hill and 34th place on the large hill. With the team he reached eighth place.
