Alexander Menschtschikow ( Russian Александр Меньщиков ; born January 17, 1974 in Koktschetavskaya Oblast ) is a former Kazakh biathlete .

Alexander Menschtschikow lives in the Kokshetau region and works as a teacher. He started biathlon in 1987 and started for the Central Army Sports Club . After the dissolution of the Soviet Union , he got the chance to take part in international races. He started several times in the World Cup, but only achieved lower places. At the Biathlon World Championships in 1995 in Antholz , he took part in the relay race with Valeri Ivanov , Dmitri Pantow and Dmitri Posdnjakow and was the 15th career highlight and conclusion were the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano , where he competed in the relay race with Pantov, Posdnjakow and Ivanov and took 16th place.
