Alessandro Kouzkin

Alessandro Vita Kouzkin ( Russian Алессандро Вита Кузькин / Alessandro Vita Kuskin ; born September 3, 1992 in Rome ) is a Russian - Italian racing driver . Kouzkin is a son of the Italian Ernesto Vita , team boss of the former Formula 1 racing team Life Racing . He starts racing with a Russian license and lives in Bologna .

Kouzkin began his motorsport career at the age of nine in karting , in which he was active until 2008. At the age of 15, Kouzkin made his debut in formula racing in 2008 and competed for Cram Competition in both the Swiss and Italian Formula Renault . While he was 14th overall with a podium in the Italian Formula Renault, he finished sixth overall in the Swiss series with two wins.

In 2009 the Russian stayed with Cram Competition and competed for his team in the first five race weekends of the international Formula Masters . He managed to win the second race of the season in Pau . At this victory, Kouzkin was only 16 years old. With another win at Brands Hatch , he finished eighth overall at the end of the season.
