Alexander Nathan Etel (born September 19, 1994 in Manchester , England ) is a British film actor .

Short biography

Alex Etel grew up first in Manchester, then in Cheshire , where he attended school.

In 2004, at the age of 10, Etel was cast directly at his school for the film Millions , directed by Danny Boyle, and was nominated for the 2006 Saturn Award in the Best Young Actor category. The young actor was even nominated for the BFCA Award and a British Independent Film Award .

In 2006 he stood in front of the camera as the main actor in the fantasy film My Friend, the Water Dragon , which premiered in German-speaking countries at the end of January 2008. In 2007 he played the boy Harry Gregson, son of a poacher, in the television series Cranford , who finds the estate manager's trust.
