In summer 2012 he initiated the “Goldgrund Immobilien Organization”, a fictitious international premium property developer in Munich, together with Christian Ganzer and Till Hofmann . The alleged luxury building project “L'Arche de Munich” on Münchner Freiheit and a “broker's office” in the “Truk Chekhtarow” gallery in Schwabing also attracted attention. In 2018 the residential and cultural center "Bellevue di Monaco" was created from this campaign.

Positions

In 2015 he criticized the criminalization of people smugglers and smugglers by the German judiciary and politics. In his opinion, most traffickers are not criminals. Today's smuggling work can be compared to the work of GDR escape helpers like Burkhart Veigel .
