Alexander Buch (born May 12, 1988 in Munich ) is a German soccer player who has been under contract as a midfielder with the TSV Dachau 1865 league club since July 1, 2017 and has been on pause since January 1, 2018.
Career
Alexander Buch played in the D and C youth at SpVgg Unterhaching and from the B youth at FC Bayern Munich . In the two A-youth years he only played there once in the Junior Bundesliga, which is why he then moved to FC Ingolstadt 04 . At the end of the first half of the 2007/08 season he first came on as a substitute in the Regionalliga and on the first day of the second half of the season he was on the starting line-up for the first time. He scored his first goal on matchday 24, of all things, in a 1-0 win over the second team of his former club Bayern Munich. With nine appearances and promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga, he ended his first season in the senior division.
The following year he was initially only used in the second team of the Schanzer in the Bayern League . It was only in the second half of the season that he made short appearances in the second-highest division, which were over after four matchdays: a cruciate ligament rupture and meniscus rupture in the knee caused the season to end prematurely. He couldn't play for a full nine months, and after that he struggled with the aftermath, his form and the connection to the team that had been relegated and was fighting for promotion. So he only got half a dozen short assignments.
After the FCI rose again, Buch's cards were bad and so he flirted with a move to Switzerland for champions FC Basel . However, he remained in the 3rd division and moved to the 2010/11 season for league rivals SSV Jahn Regensburg . He was substituted on for the first nine game days without being able to conquer a regular position. A fatigue fracture in his right foot cost him the rest of the first half of the season and made it difficult for him to catch up with the first team. In the summer he fell victim to the club's austerity constraints: his contract was not extended. He returned to his former youth club SpVgg Unterhaching and after he did not get a chance there in the third division team, he was used in the second team in the Bayern League. He finally made his debut in the first team in November 2011 on the 17th matchday in a 1: 3 against FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt . On June 11, 2012, Buch signed a two-year contract with FC Ismaning . During the winter break he moved to SV Elversberg in the Regionalliga Südwest , with which he achieved promotion to the third division . Since the 2017/18 season he has been playing for the Bavarian league club TSV Dachau 1865 .
