Alexander Buresch

Alexander Buresch (* 1973 ) is a German screenwriter . He lives in Stuttgart.

Life

Alexander Buresch studied acting dramaturgy at the Bavarian Theater Academy in Munich from 1994 to 1997 . From 1997 to 2003 he studied scriptwriting at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy . There he met the director Alain Gsponer , with whom he realized several projects (including Kiki and Tiger , Rose , Dasreal Leben and Lila, Lila ). Buresch wrote several scripts together with Matthias Pacht .

Alexander Buresch's work has received several awards. The film Rose was awarded the German Television Prize in 2007 as best television film, and Dasreal Leben received the Grimme Prize in 2009 . The television film Polizeiruf 110: Rosis Baby received the Robert Geisendörfer Prize of the Evangelical Church in 2009 .
