Alexander Erdmann (born April 14, 1977 in Mannheim , Baden-Württemberg ) is a German ice hockey player who was active for the Adler Mannheim in the German ice hockey league .

Player career

The 1.75 m tall defender went through the Adler youth teams before making his first professional appearances for the Mannheim team in the 1995/96 season . Between 1995 and 1998 , the left shooter stood on the ice twelve times for the Adler and won the German championship twice . Erdmann has been playing for the Mannheim ERC in the regional league since 2002. Erdmann has been playing for the Rhein-Neckar-Stars, a cooperation between the traditional club MERC-Jungadler Mannheim eV and the Eisbären Eppelheim, in the Regionalliga Süd-West since 2009.

For the German U18 and U20 national teams , Alexander Erdmann also played the Junior European Ice Hockey Championships in 1995 and the Junior World Championships in 1997 . Alexander Erdmann won the silver medal with the U18 junior national team in Berlin.
