Alexander Franke
Alexander Daniél Franke (born July 14, 1984 in Stuttgart ) is a moderator at Dasding from SWR . Since 2002 he has moderated the weekly live broadcast under the artist name Sandy.
For the TV formats BEATZZ and DASDING.tv he conducts interviews with artists from the music scene on SWR television and on ARD EinsPlus . Interview partners were for example 50 Cent , David Guetta , Ja Rule , LL Cool J and Sean Paul . He has been a stage host at Rock am Ring since 2006 .
In 2007 he was awarded the "Radiojournal - Deutscher Rundfunkpreis" as editor and presenter in the category "Best Music Show" for the program "Bürostunde".
In 2016 he founded the company Stuttgart Distillers GbR. Together with his business partner Markus Escher, he produces the gin brand "GINSTR - Stuttgart Dry Gin". This was awarded the best gin in the world at the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) in London in 2018 .
