Alexander Job (born May 29, 1976 ) is a German handball trainer and former handball player .

Career

Alexander Job played in the 2nd handball Bundesliga from 1995 to 1997 at SG Leutershausen and then until 2002 at TSG Friesenheim . Then the 1.84 meter tall backcourt player moved to the 1st Bundesliga for VfL Pfullingen , where he played for two years. After he ran for HBW Balingen-Weilstetten from 2004 to 2008 , he returned to VfL Pfullingen, who had since been relegated to the Württemberg League due to insolvency. Here he worked as a player- coach from 2009 . In 2010, at the end of his playing career, he rose to the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg with Pfullingen . Between 2013 and 2015 Job trained the women's Bundesliga club TuS Metzingen . Job took over the men's team at SG H2Ku Herrenberg for the 2017/18 season . By leaving this office, Job signed a contract with HSG Rietheim / Weilheim at the start of preparations for the 2019/20 season.
