Alexander Krippes (born November 28, 1991 ) is a German volleyball and beach volleyball player .
Career hall
Krippes started with volleyball at home BC Dernbach . In 2015, the outside attacker moved to the second division TGM Mainz-Gonsenheim , with whom he had his best placement in 2017 with third place in the 2nd Bundesliga South . In the 2018/19 season Krippes was player-coach at his hometown club BC Dernbach, with whom he rose to the Rhineland-Palatinate League without losing points. Then he returned to TGM Mainz-Gonsenheim.
Career Beach
Since 2006 Krippes has also been playing beach volleyball, initially only sporadically at youth and lower-class tournaments. Peter Wagler was his partner from 2014 to 2019 . Krippes / Wagler often had top placements in category 1 and 2 tournaments, but failed each time in qualification on the Smart Beach Tour . It was a similar story at Krippes 2016 at Frieder Reinhardt's side . Krippes made the only jump into the main field of the Smart Beach Tour in 2015 with Peter Wolf when he reached ninth place at the Super Cup in Kühlungsborn . Krippes was more successful in snow volleyball , where he took part twice in the German championship with a 4-man team and was in the final in Willingen in 2019 .
On the Comdirect Beach Tour 2020 , Krippes qualified for the first time for the German Beach Volleyball Championship in September alongside Manuel Lohmann at the beginning of August .
