Alexander Petrovich Tscherepanow ( Russian Александр Петрович Черепанов ; born August 15, 1932 in Sverdlovsk , now Yekaterinburg ) is a former Russian - Soviet ice hockey player .

Career

During his career, Alexander Cherepanov played for HK Dynamo Sverdlovsk and CSKA Moscow . In total, he scored 123 goals in 208 games in the Soviet league .

International

His international career was crowned with silver medals at the 1957 and 1958 World Cups . For the Soviet national team , Tscherepanow scored 9 goals in 14 World Cup games.
