Alexander Sye Cheong-duk
Alexander Sye Cheong-duk (born September 3, 1937 in Pisan-dong , † December 22, 2001 ) was a Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Daegu .
Life
Alexander Sye Cheong-duk was ordained a priest on January 6, 1962 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Daegu and titular bishop of Buffada on February 3, 1994 . The Archbishop of Seoul , Stephen Cardinal Kim Sou-hwan , donated him episcopal ordination on April 8 of the same year ; Co - consecrators were John Bulaitis , Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Korea and Apostolic Nuncio in Mongolia , and Paul Ri Moun-hi , Archbishop of Daegu.
He resigned from his office on October 15, 2001.
