Alexander Windoffer

Alexander Windoffer (* 1972 ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

From 1992 to 1997 he studied law at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen (1997 1st state examination / 1999 2nd state examination). From 1999 to 2001 he headed the legal office at the Schwarzwald-Baar district administrative office in Villingen-Schwenningen . From 2001 to 2014 he was research assistant at the German Research Institute for Public Administration Speyer . After receiving his doctorate in 2005 as a Dr. rer. publ. At the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and the Venia legendi 2011 for public law, European law, administrative science at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer , he represented chairs in Mainz , Heidelberg , Trier and Potsdam from 2011 to 2014 . Since 2014 he has been professor of public law, in particular administrative law and administrative sciences, at the University of Potsdam .
