Alexander von Padberg

Peter Adam Alexander August (from) Padberg (nobility since 1876 * 18th December 1832 in Münster ; † 27. September 1912 in Hildesheim ) was a Prussian Regierungsrat in Magdeburg and author.

Life

The father Adam Gottlieb Carl Padberg (1796–1866) came from Küstelberg , the mother was Marie Luise Busch (1798–1863). The brother Gustav (1837-1891) became court marshal in Coburg and was also ennobled.

Alexander Padberg became a first lieutenant in the Prussian army and trained as a lawyer. In 1861 he was a government trainee and published two works on the constitution in Prussian provinces. By 1874 at the latest, Padberg was a royal Prussian councilor in Magdeburg. On January 11, 1876, he was raised to the Prussian nobility.

Alexander von Padberg was married three times and had fourteen children.
