Alexei Kuleschow ( Russian Алексей Кулешов , English transcription : Alexey Kuleshov, born September 24, 1987 in Aqtau ) is a Kazakh beach volleyball player .

Career

Kuleschow took part in 2007 with Alexander Babitschew at the Junior World Championships in Modena and finished 37th. In 2008 he played his first open tournament on the FIVB World Tour in Adelaide . As the best joint result, Kuleschow / Babitschew achieved a 25th place at the Dubai Open. In 2009 and 2010 they played four more open tournaments in Shanghai , Sanya and Prague .

In 2011, Kuleschow formed a new duo with Dmitri Jakowlew . While Jakowlew / Kuleschow did not get past 41st place on the 2011 World Tour, they finished fifth in the Asian Cup. In 2012 they also played their first Grand Slams and came in 33rd place in Gstaad and Berlin . They finished the 2012 Asian Cup in ninth place. In 2013 they achieved 25th place in Corrientes as their best result so far . At the World Cup in Stare Jabłonki they were eliminated without a win after the preliminary round.
