Alexei Loginov ( Russian Алексей Иванович Логинов / Alexei Iwanowitsch Loginow; born January 8, 1993 in Saratow ) is a Russian - Dutch ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Tilburg Trappers again since 2016 and plays with the club in the German Oberliga Nord .

Career

Clubs

Alexei Loginov began his career as a hockey player in the youth division of Kristall Saratov in his native city. At the age of 16 he came to the Netherlands and joined the Tilburg Trappers . After he was first used in the second team in the second-class Eerste divisie , he has played in the first team in the honor division since 2010 and won the Dutch cup competition with the team in 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and the national championship in 2014 and 2015 . In 2015 he returned to Russia and played one season with Sauralje Kurgan in the Vysschaya Hockey League . He then returned to Tilburg, where he played with the Trappers in the German Oberliga Nord . In 2017 and 2018 he won the German league championship with his club.

International

Loginov made his debut for the men's national team after his naturalization at the 2018 World Cup in Division II and with the team achieved promotion to Division I.
