Alfons Kraft (legal scholar)
Alfons Kraft (born October 29, 1928 ; † June 11, 2013 ) was a German lawyer and university professor.
Life
After graduating as Dr. iur. in Munich on March 20, 1953 and habilitation in Erlangen - Nuremberg , he taught from 1967 to 1996 as a professor for civil, commercial, economic and labor law in Mainz .
