Alfredo Raúl Chuquihuara Chil (born September 23, 1958 in Lima , † September 10, 2018 in Houston , Texas ) was a Peruvian diplomat .

Career

Alfredo Raúl Chuquihuara Chil was office manager of Foreign Minister Óscar Maúrtua from August 16, 2005 to 2006 .
