Alfredo Raúl Chuquihuara Chil (born September 23, 1958 in Lima , † September 10, 2018 in Houston , Texas ) was a Peruvian diplomat .

Alfredo Raúl Chuquihuara Chil was the brother of Luis Juan Chuquihuara Chil .

Career

Alfredo Raúl Chuquihuara Chil was office manager of Foreign Minister Óscar Maúrtua from August 16, 2005 to 2006 .

From December 3, 2015 to December 7, 2015, he was the permanent representative of the Peruvian government at the United Nations organizations next to the Vienna International Center .
