Ali Aslan (* Turkey ) is an international TV presenter , journalist and political scientist .

Life

Aslan was born in Turkey and grew up in Germany in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg.

After completing his bachelor's degree in political science and international relations at Boston University and Georgetown University in the USA, he completed an internship at the television station CNN in Washington DC and then worked as a reporter and editor for ABC News in New York. He completed his master's degree in political science and journalism at Columbia University .

As a foreign correspondent for Channel NewsAsia , he then reported from Istanbul, Barcelona and Berlin.

Aslan worked as a political and media advisor for the German Federal Government in the Foreign Office and in 2006 in the Federal Ministry of the Interior . He hosted the international talk show Quadriga for Deutsche Welle TV. Aslan was then presenter on the talk show The Right Questions on Bild TV. Aslan hosts the international TV talk show Corona Times for TRT World . He moderates events, panel discussions and live talks worldwide.

Aslan speaks four languages ​​and lives in Berlin.
