Ali Sowe (born June 14, 1994 in Banjul ) is a Gambian football player .

Career

Club career

In 2013, Sowe moved from his youth club Gamtel FC to the Chievo Verona U-19 team . From there he was loaned to the SS Juve Stabia for one season in the summer of the same year . In 35 games, Sowe was able to score five goals, which is its market value at 800 thousand yours. At the beginning of the next season he was at Delfino Pescara in 1936 , where he played eight games in the first half of the season. For the second half of the season he was loaned to Latina Calcio , for which he played 13 times in the rest of the season.

For the first half of the 2015/16 season, Sowe was loaned to FC Modena , where he played eight games. In the second half he was loaned to US Lecce , for which he met once in nine games. In the first half of the next season he was loaned to AC Prato , where he played 15 games. In the second half he was loaned to US Vibonese Calcio , where he scored six times in 18 games.

In the 2017/18 season he was loaned to the Albanian club KF Skënderbeu Korça . He appeared in 33 of 36 games and scored 21 goals. At the end of the season he won the championship with his club, Sowe himself was the top scorer.

Nevertheless, he was loaned to CSKA Sofia for the 2018/19 season, where he has scored a goal in three games so far.

National team

On August 10, 2011, he made his debut for the Gambian national team at the age of 17.
