Alison Harris (actress)

Alison Harris (born May 7th in Shropshire , England ) is a British theater and film actress .

Life

Harris is of Scottish descent. She attended Woodhouse High School from 1998 to 2002 and Sutton Coldfield College from 2002 to 2004, where she studied drama. She studied drama at Bath Spa University from 2005 to 2008 and graduated from the university with a Bachelor of Arts. She lived and worked in Canada for a number of years .

She gained her first film experience in 2008 through her participation in the short film Keeping Your Head . She was part of the ensemble at the Catfoot Theater in Nottingham from 2011 to 2012 . 2013 was followed by a cast in an episode of the television series Peaky Blinders - Gangs of Birmingham . In 2014 she starred in the horror film Testament of Youth . She starred in an episode of the soap opera Doctors and had a role in Arthur and Merlin that same year . Harris played at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe .

Her interest in various work behind the camera was aroused early on. In 2009 she worked as a production assistant for the films Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 . This was followed by Fast & Furious 6 and two short films.

In 2019 the film Lost on Loop was released , for which she wrote the script and was responsible for the direction.
