Alix Dudel

Alix Dudel (born July 24, 1956 in Krefeld ) is a German singer and actress .

Life

Alix Dudel grew up in Hanover and gained her first theater experience at the Rambaff Children's Theater in Hanover-Linden and in the Commedia Futura . In the early 1980s she began private training in breathing and speaking technique, later she took acting lessons with Christa Stahr-Spolvint and in the early 1990s singing lessons with Ingrid Bensch. In 1987 Alix Dudel created her first solo program together with the pianist Andreas N. Tarkmann . From 1991 to 1996 Dudel was a spokesperson for NDR 1 Niedersachsen in Hanover. From 1993 onwards she was the conférencier in international variety shows such as the Georgspalast in Hanover, the Frankfurt Tigerpalast or the Krystallpalast variety in Leipzig. After a guest performance in Berlin , Alix Dudel and her pianist Uli Schmid received an invitation from the Brooklyn Academy of Music to New York City in 2001 . In 2006 Alix Dudel played Madame Beaubuisson and Feodora in the operetta Der Opernball by Richard Heuberger at the Hildesheim City Theater .

Many of the texts by the writer Friedhelm Kändler were premiered in the interpretation of Alix Dudel. Together with the guitarist Sebastian Albert, Alix Dudel has developed musical and literary programs on the poetry of Mascha Kaléko and Bertolt Brecht .
