Alkimos (comrade of Achilles)
Alkimos ( ancient Greek Ἄλκιμος ) is a person from Greek mythology .
Alkimos was one of the myrmidons who accompanied Achilles in the Trojan War . After the death of Patroclus he was next to Automedon the charioteer and comrade of Achilles. In Scholia for the Iliad , he is equated with Alkimedon , who takes part in the Trojan War as the leader of the Myrmidons.
