scenario

In Allison , the world is divided into two great nations, both of which live on one continent, but are separated from each other by the great Lutoni River and a very inaccessible mountain range. Because of this geographical feature, two different cultures developed. In the eastern part of the continent live the people of the Roxcheanuk Confederation , which is commonly abbreviated as Roxche ( ロ ク シ ェ , Rokushe ). It consists of 16 individual states. The western nation is the United Kingdom of Bezel Iltoa , which is repeatedly abbreviated as Sou Beil ( ス ー ・ ベ ー ・ イ ル , Sū Bē Iru ). This consists of the two kingdoms Bezel and Iltoa , which in turn unite several smaller countries. Despite the separation of the two nations, there are always people who speak the languages of both nations.

In the fictional world, the beginning year of the events is numbered at 3287. During this long time, both nations found themselves at war with each other, the last major conflict of which began 35 years ago. Both nations were so exhausted after this 5-year war that they signed an agreement. Since then, both nations have established a protection zone around the central river. The technical level is roughly comparable to that of 1930.

action

Allison

At the beginning of the plot, Allison, a very young pilot in the Roxche Air Force, visits her childhood friend Wil (short for Wilhelm), who stayed behind at school while she went into the military. On an excursion between the two of them, they also meet an old man who is known for his stories. In his stories he arouses Allison's interest in a "treasure" that must be found in order to end the eternal war. When the man who was once visiting the other side of the river is kidnapped, Allison and Wil steal a plane to pursue. After their plane crashes in Sou Beil, they both manage to free the old man, who ultimately sacrifices his life for them. On their escape they get to know the pilot Carr Benedict, who serves the Sou Beil military, but who betrays them. Ultimately, the three of them find the old man's “treasure” together. A historical mural in a cave that shows that both nations developed from a single tribe.

Allison II: Mahiru no Yoru no Yume

When Wil writes a letter to Allison that his school is going to take a trip to the mountains of Land Iks , she asks him to take the trip despite his tight finances. On this he is "kidnapped" by Allison, who brings him to the now world-famous Benedict. Forced by a snowstorm to land prematurely, the two try to find shelter in a village, while the worried Benedict sets out to find them. The initially extremely hostile villagers, who feel obliged to the old royal family, finally recognize the possibility that the still young Fiona will return to the throne of the "land without a king" as the rightful heiress after her parents were murdered. Meanwhile, she herself is not the real queen at all, just a girl who grew up with her. Ultimately, on the announcement of the country's new president, they succeed in carrying out a coup against the incumbent politician who was also involved in the murders.

Allison III (Ue): Rutoni o Shasō kara and Allison III (Shita): Imbō to iu Na no Ressha

Fifteen-year-old Lilliane Schultz lives with her mother, a test pilot in the Roxche Air Force, in a small apartment in the capital of Roxche. Looking back at her family, she tells of a train accident in which her father was killed before she was even born.

Many years earlier, Benedict gave Allison, Wil and Fiona a ticket for the Transcontinental Limited Express . This luxuriously equipped train was supposed to take you from Roxche to Sou Beil in a multi-day journey. Their way leads them over the only newly built bridge between the two nations, which leads over the river Lutoni . Their peaceful journey comes to an abrupt end when a conductor and waiter are murdered. While the killer is still among them, most of the guests leave the train. Meanwhile, the four friends take the side of the enigmatic Major Stork, whose assignment turns out to be more and more sinister over time as the train travels west. On the trip there are many hints of the death of Allison's father.

Back in the present, Lilia welcomes her mother's new boyfriend, a major from Sou Beil, and her childhood friend Treize to her apartment. Without her noticing it, the two men suggested secrets to her.
