Allison Iraheta
Allison Iraheta (born April 27, 1992 in Glendale , California ) is an American pop rock singer .
biography
Iraheta's parents are from El Salvador , they immigrated to the USA before she was born. Her first musical successes were in the Spanish-speaking community in California. In 2006 she won the singing competition Quinceañera: Mamá Quiero Ser Artista (German: Fifteen years: Mama, I want to be an artist ; see also Quinceañera ) of the Spanish-language television station Telemundo . Three years later, she took part in the eighth season of the talent show American Idol and finished fourth. They then signed 19 Entertainment and Jive Records . On December 1, 2009, Iraheta released her debut album Just Like You in the US. It peaked at number 35 on the Billboard 200 chart.
