Altenfelden is a district of the Markt Allersberg in the Middle Franconian district of Roth in Bavaria .

The church village is about two kilometers northwest of Allersberg. The wooded Harbruck joins in the northeast . The A 9 motorway and the Nuremberg – Munich ICE line run directly to the west . Behind it is the Allersberg regional train station with a large park and ride area.

The former municipality with its districts Appelhof , Eisbühl , Eppersdorf , Eulenhof , Harrhof and Reckenricht was incorporated into Allersberg in 1971 as part of the municipal reform.
