Alwin Ruffini
Alwin Ruffini (born August 5, 1851 in Kamenz ; † August 2, 1906 in Bremen ) was a German opera singer (bass).
Life
Before his singing career he was a teacher at various schools in Kamenz. Then he began studying at the Conservatory in Leipzig . Here he also trained his voice. One of his teachers was Adolf Schimon . First appearances in Königsberg , Freiburg im Breisgau and Stettin followed in the years 1876 to 1879. From 1882 he belonged to the ensemble of the royal theater in Bremen , where he mainly took over the bass parts .
