The house Am Schiffbleek 4a is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt . The villa is located south of the historic Quedlinburg old town. It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1913 according to plans by Hermann Wellmann . The two-storey plastered building is designed in the home style. The facade is only designed sparingly. The portal is accentuated by columns and a gable.
The plot of land fencing by Bohlenfelder was created in the 1930s.
