Architecture and history
In the years 1905/1906 the Halberstadt architects A. Weichel and Fritz Reichel built the two-storey villa for the royal rent master R. Weser . The conspicuous building combines an artificial-looking asymmetry with an otherwise modern construction. The facade is in Art Nouveau style and shows unusual decorations.
The property fence takes on the design of the house.
